A rare piece of American Presidential history goes under the Charterhouse hammer in Sherborne, Dorset on Thursday 17th November, when a gold watch is entered into the sale which was presented by Grover Cleveland, the 24th American President.

A Second World War Liberty ship launch bottle is one of the more unusual lots included in the Charterhouse two day specialist collectors auction in September.

Charterhouse have been instructed to sell an important collection of personal rock €˜n roll memorabilia relating to the Beatles, The Who, Paul McCartney and Wings in their two day auction of collectors’ items on Thursday 16th & Friday 17th December.

Charterhouse Auctioneers & Valuers in Sherborne, Dorset, have been instructed to sell a large collection of important medals in their two day auction in September 23rd & 24th.

The Charterhouse auction of silver, jewellery and watches on 27th August also contains a collection of over 200 seals.

The Charterhouse auction of collectors’ items and clocks in Sherborne looks to be another huge sale with over 1,100 lots including Football World Cup signatures from 1966.
